The highly
anticipated All American Speedway schedule has been released,
and the first schedule under the management of Jeff Munro from
Penney Racing Supply delivers on the promise of complimenting
the Stockton 99 Speedway schedule released weeks ago.
The Late Model and Modified divisions will both have zero
conflicts with Stockton's slate of races.
Modifieds will become the
NASCAR Whelen All-American Series premier division, like
Stockton, with 18 points races scheduled over
13 nights of
competition. Three of the races will be 60 lap races for
the NSCS (formerly Tri-Track) Modified tour that is slated to
visit All American Speedway, Stockton 99 Speedway, and Ukiah
Speedway in 2012.
Late Models will
still be a critical part of the All American Speedway
landscape with 10, 75 lap points races scheduled. The
popular season ending event in conjunction with the NASCAR K&N
Pro Series will return this season with a 100 lap Late Model
event scheduled. The 2011 edition attracted one of the
best crate fields California had seen all year with 26 drivers
from Irwindale, Stockton, Roseville, and the Airport Auto
Brokers Late Models all appearing.
Speaking of the
AABLM, the Late Model tour will visit the speedway on May 26
and August 11. New for 2012 will be several races for
the Pro 4 Modifieds, a BCRA Midget show on June 23, and a
four-cylinder stock claimer division called F4.
